Can you please post a screenshot of this problem? Also, if that is not an option try appling a tad bit of gaussian blur (.1 – .5) to see if that cures the problem.

Hmm…This may be a little frustrating, but how about opening up the task manager (Ctrl + Alt + Del) while the video is playing to see if any of the processes or applications are “spiking” during the time when the video stops. I had a similar problem (except, mine would stop every 20 seconds) and it turned out to by my anti-virus software. But, since you say that yours is turned off, it may be a little harder to pin point.

Not sure what the problem could be, but try running a complete diagnostics on the entire system using the Dell utility. -
Hi,
The best way would be to do individually cover the work area bar spanning each of the 5 clips. So, basically, you would set your work area bar over one clip, export and so on. Also, while exporting make sure that you are exporting the work area bar and not the entire sequence. Take a look at the help files or the manual if you are not sure how to set the work area bar. -

Can you give us a little more info regarding the MPEG file? I have a feeling its something to do with the audio format. -
Make sure that the timeline window has the focus. Just click on the top bar of the timeline window and try again.
