I’m surprised no one mentioned looking to see if hotfix KB824141 has been installed. If so, uninstall it.

I believe you’re going to find that no stand alone DVD recorder will give you “pro” looking pre-fab’d menus.

    Good luck,

I feel I have to add here that “Xpress DV” can’t use MOJO. It’s for Xpress Pro products. 🙂

I’m assuming you don’t have Mojo.

Have you done a final render?

Strange… your name is highlighted here as well. Who are you?

Just kidding! It’s just a feature to help you keep tabs on your posts 🙂

Just to add… you can save that bin anywhere you like & open it for any project. Also, once you open that bin, you can close it… it doesn’t need to stay open & whatever transitions you’ve saved to it are still available.

  • “If there’s corrupt media is there a fast way to determine where?”

check all of your OMFI directories for any files that may have a + sign at the beginning of the file name.

If so, you can try what I’ve had success with in the past:

copy those files to a temp drive if possible & delete them from the original drive.
on the temp drive you copied to, remove the + sign from files & save.
move those files back to the original drive & chances are you should be good to go.

    good luck,

“…puts in the main project out of any folders”

    What does this mean?

Just create a new bin, & then drag it to the folder you want it in.

You spent an hour on the phone with Avid about this? Surely you spent that time on hold, cuz if they didn’t know the 1st thing to try, as Edit Bay Rat suggested… well… scary stuff 🙂
