This old AAF exporter was not designed to go to After Effects and Adobe did not design their AAF importer to read these files. You may think that AAF is AAF, but it isn’t that simple.
Take a look at Pro Import AE, it will do what you’re trying to do here.

Dave is right, if you don’t need the capabilities of Pro Import AE, just use QuickTime.

I don’t know what your’e trying to do, but our plug-ins for Final Cut Pro work great in FCP 5.

At this time titles do not translate at all.
But in the next release of Pro Import FCP Avid titles will turn into FCP text generators.
From FCP to Avid titles become placeholder clips.

You’re right, Logic doesn’t seem to like our OMFs. To get from FCP to Logic try using XML.

Not Avid bins, but ALE files, which can be exported from Avid bins.
