I agree with Eric and Graham. If you want to attempt another recovery (with someone else!), you should stop using the drive IMMEDIATELY. If it’s already been several months of active use on that disk since the recovery attempt, it may be too late to recover additional files.
You should search your system for additional copies of your AEPs. You might be able to salvage the work from an auto-save folder or temporary Media Encoder export folder.

Unfortunately, that’s clearly not an AEP file.
What exactly happened with your computer? What did you lose and how did you go about restoring it?

Hi Randy! It looks like the links got broken in the COW’s migration last year. I dug through my archives and found this for you.
When you run the script in Ae, it will open a window with a set of column headers, ready to copy and paste to Excel. Left to right, it’s Comp Name, Comp Width (in pixels), Comp Height (in pixels), Comp Pixel Aspect Ratio (make this 1 for square pixels unless you know specifically you need something different), Time (in seconds), and Frame Rate (in frames per second).
In Excel, create and fill in the data for each comp you want to make, one per row. Select all and copy.
Back in the script, clear out the text entry box and paste your Excel data (including the column headers). Hit the “Make Many Comps” button and you’re all set.

Try clearing your cache. Memory > Purge > All memory & disk cache…

You can use the tangentOnPath() method to follow the curve and align the teeth the zipper line. See the attached AEP for a sample.

If you were to precompose that, you could use a protected region to keep your animation together at the end of the clip so you’d only have to drag the end of the comp out.
When you have a protected region on one comp that’s nested into another, dragging the handles at the beginning or end of the layer does an automatic time stretch instead of a trim — but any protected regions are preserved.

Failing that, applying this expression to every keyframed property should have them start their animations at the time of the first marker on the layer, then run straight through:

Oh, and 128×128 is possible, but it might be helpful context for you to understand why your client is requesting this size / how it will be used.

How big (in pixels) is the Ai file?

There might be easier/better ways to approach this. Can you share a screenshot or an AEP with the keyframes you’re trying to automate so we can get a better sense of what exactly needs to happen?

If you render to ProRes 4444 directly through Adobe Media Encoder instead of through the Render Queue, does it make a difference?
