One way to do this would be to break out the nested audio in a sequence for ProTools.
Duplicate your Master Timeline.
Double click your first nested Sequence.
Copy the Audio Tracks ONLY.
Paste the audio tracks into the appropriate position in your duplicated master timeline. Essentially replacing the stereo mix that was there from your nested sequence.
Repeat for each of the nested sequences.
Now all of your original audio is together in a single timeline.
Make an OMF of that timeline, you should be good to go.
We send OMFs to ProTools for all our broadcast work.

You could fake that in Premiere Pro using a bunch of layers but it’s much easier created in After Effects quite honestly. You can probably find a tutorial right here on the Cow showing something along those lines.

Have never heard of a stage name for a Producer.
The only reason for that would be if you were also an Actor and had to have a registered SAG name. There can only be one person with a specific name in SAG, so that’s the big reason behind “stage names.”

There’s one I’ve never heard of. 525i and 480 but never 720DV. Generally when you say something is 720 you’re referencing 1280x720p HD.
Your method seems like an awful lot of work for something that can be achieved very easily in software using “Instant HD” from Red Giant, or in our case, we use AJA Video Systems hardware to make the conversion to HD in realtime. The original timeline just remains in SD, but the final output for air is HD.

Our agreements clearly state that in the event of legal action, the client will be held responsible for all content. Especially in corporate work, we’re a “work for hire” and the client themselves are the Producers of record. It’s the Producer’s job to get all necessary clearance.

Raw video on external network raid is good, that’s also where your Video Previews should be. Are they there?
We also put our Media Cache in the same location as the raw video as we’re a networked shop and putting the media cache with the raw video allows us to move a project to a different suite without having to rebuild all the peak files.

Media Cache can be deleted, but know that PPro will re-build the cache files it requires the next time you open the project. You may have to wait a while until you can start working smoothly while it rebuilds.

Hmmm, not near my Mac right now but I know we output from a Mac Pro via PPro for our television work.
Maybe a re-install of the PPro plug-ins? We have had an issue with our iMacs where the AJA plug-ins simply disappear from PPro CS6 for no apparent reason. Driver is still installed, but we can’t select AJA anywhere in PPro. So we re-install the plug-ins and we’re good to go.
