Do you have QT installed on your system? If yes then update it to the latest version.

If you are using AE CS 5.5 or lower version, then you can use Pro import from Automatic Duck:

If it is not under the Transform Properties then it means you have a One-Node Camera.
Double click on the Camera in your Timeline to open Camera Settings and change the Type from One-Node to Two-Node.Your Point Of Interest option will appear.
