The information is not sufficient to understand the problem.What effects are you using to create the pen strokes? A screenshot of composition Panel and Time line would solve the issue.

Might be some problem with the keying process. Can’t say much without looking at the shot. If you can upload a screenshot, It would help a bunch to understand the issue.

I applied the effect directly to the text and it worked fine. This is a common issue with CC Light Burst 2.5. The best solution is what John has already suggested.
Check the file below:
There are two comps in file, In first the effect is directly applied to the text and it is working correctly.
In the second comp the effect is applied to a comp which holds a text layer in it.
Both ways are giving the correct result in my CS3 version.
Though in CS6 version I got this bounding box problem.
I think the effect varies from version to version.

I have created the same thing and got the same problem. So to fix I added a 2D layer after 1st image comp and that solved the issue. The problem is related to the 3D Layer order AFAI get to know from different forums(I might be wrong).
See the example below:
Hide the 2D layer and the problem will occur again.
When we add a 2D layer between two 3D layers, the 2D layer creates two different 3D space. In this case the when we add a 2D layer the White Solid Layer stop interacting with the 2nd Comp layer.
Another work around is that move your white solid comp 0.1 px in opposite direction. I mean give it’s position a value of -0.1 px.
These are just hit and trial method. So the approach might be wrong.

when im adding another picture under that card, some problem occur (when I flip the card to make visible the picture under that) and I have to go up to 1px to get rid of that problem
The explanation is quite vague.
I can make a video to show you guys what do I mean
any help ?This would solve the issue. Make a video or you can upload a raw project file.

AE performance mainly depends on RAM, CPU and Hard Disk unless you are going for 3D Ray-Tracing feature which is new in CS6 version.
So Gtx660i GPU would be good for Premiere Pro as it will use NVidia video card’s GPU to accelerate playback, effects and rendering.
