This is done by rendering the 3D models in both “Shaded” and “Wire-Frame Mode(the Grid One)”. By putting both in Ae one above another, you can make this effect by slightly lowering the opacity of above layer.
You can use any 3D application like Maya,3d Max and cinema 4D to render the models.
I too love this effect a lot. Its one of my favorite game.

To make your text at the center of your bg(or Rectangle) :
1. Press ( ‘ ) apostrophe.(Enable your grid)
2. Disable Live Update Button.(Bring your wireframe while moving text)
3. Now you can put your text layer at the center with same space between rectangle and Text.Check the while moving the text and when wireframe is visible, the two diagonals bisect each other. Use that ponit as center.

You can use trapcode particular. Choose “Box” as Emitter Type.
Then bring the value to Emitter size X and Y to 0. Make Emitter size X = Your comp Width
For particles type choose “Sprite” and in Texture layer choose your text precomp.
Go to Physics, make gravity =1000(or change according to need)
In bounce option choose “Stick” in collision Event. (make sure you have your floor layer with you).
Give some rotation randomness to you particles and increase their life time.
Also key frame the Particles/Sec.

Here is a Solution for this. (may be this will work for you)
Go to Edit>Preference>General
Check ” Use system Color Picker” Option.
Now you will get default color picker where you can save your color value by using “Add to Custom Colors”.

Check your prefes settings by pressing ” Cntrl + Alt + ; “.
In output setting – Audio Block Duration is 0:00:01:00 by default.
Check your audio hardware and Audio Out mapping settings.
If nothing works then
Try to delete your prefs file. May be this will work.Hold down the Command + Option + Shift keys as you start After Effects, this will allow you to delete the corrupt preference file. On a PC its Control + Alt + Shift.
