Main problem will come if there is something that will come in between of the projector beams. So you keep the projector at a good height to avoid any conflict. For tracking, Use some small(so that not noticeable by the audience) object with dark contrast so that you will get a good track.

Here time freeze technique is used with masking and duplicating the footage several times.
Here are some tutorials which will help you to understand this:

https://library.creativecow.net/articles/kramer_andrew/timeFreezeCow.php
Every time you Mask the Position of the subject, you put a hold key frame there and duplicate it.

Check your Anchor Point position for object that you want to revolve around the center object.
It should be at the Center of the Center Object. For this you can use Pan Behind Tool(Y) and move the anchor point to the center. Also if you are using Ellipse tool to to make your object then their are to anchor points for that, one for the content menu and one for the Transform menu.

In the actual Camera the Film Back refers to the plate where the negative is placed when it is exposed to the light. THe size of the film determines the film back settings, so 35 mm film uses 35 mm film back.
This also means Sensor Size.
If you are entering the Focal Length, then you have to be critical for Film back size.
You can see your camera Specification here:
https://www.dpreview.com/products/canon/compacts/canon_sx30is
So for your camera, It is 6.17 x 4.55 mm.

Using Lacie for Disk Cache will be a good option. This will remove the irking warning and provide you more space on your Mac Drive. Also clear ” Database and Cache” on regular interval to remove old cache if your drive is out of memory.
