Well, you might not like the answer, but an 8 minute uncompressed AVI (Best to use the Quicktime animation setting), will be about 8 Gigs or a little less. 2 Gigs for an 8 minutes uncompressed AVI movie actually seems pretty small, unless, it isn’t in SD (720×480)

You could try relinking all your audio footage (Replace Footage). If you did move the files, then their link is no longer valid in the project index, even if the project was moved in the same folder. It should have brought up a windows though.
You may also need to find the peak files and delete them, so that Premiere can get a fresh start there as well.

Use motion setting in the effects window and click on the small timers to enable keyframing.

Just to add to Hector’s comment calculating the bit rate will allow you to avoid a second render, and so to export directly from Premiere as Mpeg2. But yes, you don’t mind the second render, and the 100 gigs per hour of video that rendering to uncompressed will take, then the automatic method in Encore is indeed easier.

It really depends on how long the projects are. Currently, you can’t use dynamic link from Premiere to Encore, but you can use a Bit rate calculator, (here’s a simple one, https://www.customflix.com/bitbudget or a more advanced one: https://dvd-hq.info/Calculator.html), you can then use the Adobe media encoder export and choose Mpeg2 DVD. Just add up the length of all 3 projects and put it in the calculator, then use the result to customize the encoder. If you followed everything right, Encore shouldn’t have to encode again.
Just as a side note, if all your footage exceeds 2 hours, you will have problems keeping a standard DVD at a descent quality.

I believe it has both to do with keeping the download size to a minimum, as well as keeping hackers off the trial versions.

Your first issue: (I’m guessing from your resolution that you are working in HDV), you should be working with upper field first. Try right clicking in the timeline and invert the field dominance.
As for the black video / green lines, etc, you are probably exporting as 8 bit or 10 bit uncompressed, which can usually only be seen by other Adobe products, or with use of an AJA board. To use the old AVI uncompressed export method, in “General”, choose Microsoft AVI (Not “uncompressed Microsoft AVI”), and in the Video tab, choose compression “none”, and uncheck the recompress option at the bottom.
