    Hi There!

I am editing footage that someone else shot, and only recorded 1 channel of audio. How do I change a mono track to a stereo track?

    Thanks in advance!

Use fill left or fill right effect.

When I apply the Fill Left Effect, I am only getting a tiny signal for both tracks, and I cannot hear anything. Am I doing something wrong?

Try losing the fill left effect, then replacing it with the fill right. Should work!

When I apply the fill right effect, the same thing happens….

Could you try copying the clips to a new track and try the fill effect again ?

Or you could create a new submix track, stereo, and route your mono tracks to it …

That’s a good idea as well! I’ll definitely keep that in mind for next time! Thanks so much!
