Replacing the pictures in Photoshop seems to have worked. I deleted all my After Effects Compositions and re-created them, and that solved that problem. I’m still not sure what caused the problem to begin with… but at least it’s all working now.
Thanks! -
Thanks for the quick response.
I’ll try that for the pictures, but I don’t know how that’ll affect my After Effects compositions. I tried recreating the compositions and that did no good. I also named them different things to no avail.
I’ll give that “Save As” option a try in After Effects… -
I’ll double-check how my camera is capturing audio, but I’m quite certain it is in stereo.
[Tim Kolb] “You would need to bring in the stereo audio as dual mono (set it in your preferences) and then you pan mono channels in a sequence that is master-stereo.”
I will give this a try, but am not quite sure what you mean by “pan mono channels in a sequence that is master-stereo.”
Thanks for your help so far.

Thank you for the response.
I do have different versions for what is put on blu-ray and DVD, but am just not pleased to have all the audio on one channel for Youtube or any other website.
So, is there something special that I need to do to enable the audio to be “panned center” and would that enable the main dialogue (that is recorded in stereo) to play correctly on mono devices as well as stereo devices?
Ultimatetly, I am trying to see if there is an audio option that will enable the output to work on mono and stereo devices without having to push all the audio to one channel.
I’m a bit of a novice when it comes to some of this stuff, so any help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks again. -
Cool. Thanks for the response. I created another composition and nested, then applied the drop shadow and masked it. That seemed to work.

Ok, I’ll try Project Manager. I’ve never used that, so it’s worth a try.
Thanks to everyone for the responses. -
I’ll give that another try, but from what I remember after pointing Premiere to the files it asked for, it still would say “Media Offline” for the clips in my Sequence.
I capture my footage with “Scene Detect” option, so there are hundreds of separate clips, and it would be a nightmare to try to go through the sequence and link up every one. -
Cool. Looks like that was it. Thanks a lot.

I tried that, found some updates (not all that were in that package). The project still had trouble, and Premiere crashed referencing some temp files. So, I decided to use Ccleaner and clean my temp files and repair several registry errors. I was then able to open Premiere and edit my project without any problems so far! I’m hoping it continues to work smoothly, but I’m fairly certain the problem was due to some temp files.

So, I downloaded that update, but it is a patch installer. I’m not sure how to update Premiere with it. If I double-click the “AdobePatchInstaller” I get an Adobe Updates window that says “Update is not applicable”. What am I doing wrong?
