Thanks for the responses guys.

I further messed with the settings like suggested.
When I switch to the Invigorator Renderer, the OpenGL window obviously goes away, but the render times seem slower.

I’m assuming the the “Hide GL Render Windows” button works on other machines? it’s just (Not Possible) on my machine for some reason?

That was gonna be my next suggestion.
This seems to be the best workflow I’ve found for mpeg files.

The file isn’t compatible with your version of Photoshop?

What versions of Photoshop and AE are you using? What version was the file created in?
I’m assuming you have a .psd in your comp?

After Effects is better, unless your on a Fusion forum, then Fusion is better.

Can it be done is cs3? I think so, but I think it would be easier with the help of a better tracker.

The motion tile effect has settings called “Output Width” and Output Height”
I’m thinking that is where your 18000×9000 output is. Try scaling those settings down until they reach the edge of your comp.

Fraps justs generates an AVI file. So to get that onto a Mac you should encode it to a quicktime .mov file.(I think you know this already)

I would encode it on your PC using QT Pro using the before mentioned Animation codec. then transfer it to your Mac.

On a side note, isn’t there an avi codec available for the Macs? If not, that seems silly.

This is a good tutorial using XSI and a camera projection technique.
