  • Why does my rendering crash with this error message?

Posted by Daniel Haskett on January 30, 2008 at 12:06 am

    Hey there

Basically, Im trying to render out some HD res compositions from after effects, but they will suddenly stop and say this error message –

The Photoshop Library operation failed because the file is not compatible with this version of Photoshop.

Any ideas what this means or why it is saying this?

    Thanks for any help!

    Cheers

The file isn’t compatible with your version of Photoshop?

What versions of Photoshop and AE are you using? What version was the file created in?
I’m assuming you have a .psd in your comp?

    you got me.
