Export using a lossless format, IE quick time and the animation codec or just uncompressed.

What are your export settings from premiere?

What format is the sound in? AE really only likes wav.

When your not in ae and you try to open the file by double clicking on it does it open in MS Document imaging?
If so right click on the file and select open with… and check the box that says “always use this program to open this type of file” then select ps and hit ok.

Copy the DVD to your hdd and run from there.

For everyone who is not able to install Production Studio because it keeps hanging during the installation:

https://www.adobe.com/support/techdocs/332223.htmlGo to step 19 and follow the instructions for refreshing the drivers. I had this exact problem and I managed to solve it by:
1. Uninstall everything that installed on the previous attempt.
2. Reboot and refresh the drivers as per step 19.
3. Reboot and reinstall.The problem seems to be in the driver database for the DVD drive and by doing this you will be recreating it.
This is not an issue that alot of people are seeing, but it certainly is an annoying one. If you follow the above steps before installing you will not have any difficulties.

Why not just leave it at its default settings, I don’t see any need to change it.

Boujou WOW Seems like quite the program. I have never heard of it before but going by there Demo reel I have certainly seen it everywhere.
