no theres no music layed down, I just dont want to have to manually reposition all the layers that come after each text layer…. I wasn’t aware that there was a ripple edit tool in AE 7.0?

Yes everyone has the same type of Nortel phones and I do have to dial 9…. so that clears that up.
Do you have any recommendations on what specific (provide links) types of IFB systems OR ear monitoring systems?

I’m pretty sure we have a PBX phone system but is there anyway for me to tell with out asking IT?
I suppose “true” IFB is not really necessary but it might be nice to have, can anyone provide any links to B&H for both IFB systems and ear monitor systems that would work?

thanks, this all came about I re-exported my movie out of AE as the mp4 – that total file size is 2.5G -and its good quality so I figured Encore wouldn’t have an issue with it.
I also have a full res. quicktime (animation codec) file which will import into encore but once encore tries to transcode it freezes. I figured it was because this file is 90GB… so now I’m trying the mp4 but that would import either, but I’ll try the updates.

Was this ever solved, I to am trying to import a mp4 and it says the the codec is not installed…??

Its really just for keeping the file sizes down. How are the Sheer codec and the PhotoJpeg @100 as far as quality. Does the PhotoJpeg produce all the frames in images? or is that just the codec? and I’m not familiar with the sheer codec. How would I go about setting these up in the AJA control panel?

Yes I agree pro res would be the proper codec to use, but I dont have final cut studio 2 and I believe that is necessary. Any other options?
