I can’t see how this is happening either and I can’t reproduce it. This may not work, but could you send me the project file with all the sequences and let me know which one you’re trying to media manage.

Put the matte layer (the B&W hole cutter) on V2. Put the lower third on V3. To the lower third apply Modify>Composite Mode>Travel Matte – Luma.

You animate the text either in the controls of the text using the Origin value, or animate the Center value in the Motion tab. If you made the text using Title 3D you should animate it using it’s control functions not the Motion tab.

This is not correct. FCP supports Sony 1080i, JVC 720p30 and 1080i and 720p30 in Canon. It only supports 60 and 30 frame rates, but it say it only supports Sony is just not right.

There can be a lot of factor that affect this, the settings in Media Manager, how the clips were captured and edited, and perhaps things like items that were time remapped; there may be other things as well that will affect the total output. I’m assuming you still have the P=JPEG material online and haven’t dumped it already.

You closed your Canvas. There should be a sequence in your browser. Double click it open it. There has to be a sequence open for there to be canvas and timeline open.
