There is no way to do this. FCP7 is not a downloadable app. You would need to take your FCP project together with all the media needed to make it up. They could open it in FCP and export a QuickTime movie for you to use in FCPX.

Custom resolutions are not possible in FCP. You can only make standard resolution projects.
You might be able to set up a large size project. Edit your media allowing for the frame size, and then crop for output in Compressor. A very weak workaround I’m afraid.
