Found it! Best tool in the galaxy.

CTRL + ALT + arrows for 1 frame. Add shift for larger increment.

Great point… projects are bigger and more complex for sure. But my computer is also 10x as powerful.

But even without video footage, and it’s just mograph, playback is bad.

I’m caching to nice SSD as well. Doesn’t make sense to me, especially when it slows down and speeds up as it plays back the ram preview.

Again… happening on all computers with different configurations.

Taken care of.

Bizarrely, I had to solo and unsolo an audio track. Now plays correctly. Very weird.
