Be sure you render the AE DL clip when you are back on the PrP timeline. I have done extensive DL and never seen this. FYI, DL is rock solid in CS6 where I now do all my work.

No, it is not a huge relief at all. It freaks clients out during the editing process to see big glitches. And they are exported to the final master file. Not good. 🙁

Definitely built in a 3D program.
You could fake some of the effects in AE but it would take investing in some plugins like Element (for the 3D tank, which you would also have to buy). And maybe Mir for the landscape.
Cinema 4D probably would be the more effective tool to use, but with some great skills and creativity you might pull it off in AE with the plugins I mentioned.

I really hope that “i have a bad version da and crack ” doesnt mean you are using a cracked version of the software.
Im pretty sure no on here is interested in helping someone with a pirated version of software.
