Believe me, Im sure that this kind of Media Management is on the op of their list for the future. They have gotten an ear full from many users on this topic. They get it. It just depends what kind of a coding monster it is to correct.

My experience as well. Soon boosting things with the Quadro 4000 and Tesla 2075 “Maximus” configuration, when I make the switch to PC.

Boy, when I bought the Quadro 4000 for the Mac it really sped up lots of processes. CUDA and GPU (for those plugins that support GPU acceleration). And it really sped up 3D rendering in the new AE ray trace mode. So I have no idea what all this chatter about it slowing things down is all about 😀

Todd, there seems to be a bug with the installer. After downloading and almost completing the installation a graphic pops up which says…

Please close the following apps to continue.
AdobeCrashDaemon.

But no such program is running on my Mac.

I closed Bridge which is where I checked for and updated the CS6 apps. That seemed to do the trick eventually.

Yes, I have a very fast internet connection and my download was 5.5GB. It took about 50 minutes.
