Thanks Roland! It was a lot of work, but a labor of love. The creation on the 3D extruded clock was probably the most time intensive.

Sam, I am having the exact same problem. It stops when it sees my Core Melt plugins on boot up. When I remove them, it then happens on the Resources folder just like your screen grab shows . But the plugins work just fine in AE. So I have been ignoring it. I am curious about any solution you may find.

Actually Stuart, I saw a video that Wayne posted at another site, and it was the lag associated with dragging a clip around the timeline. Not the Lag in playback. Hard to keep all the lags straight. 😀
