I’ve followed these instructions to a T but it still won’t record. It’s really frustrating. I’ve selected “write”, on the timeline chosen “show track keyframes” play the track, adjust and when I stop…nothing. No change, no recorded keyframes.
Any ideas?

That’s what I was thinking Todd, only I hadn’t heard of any catastrophe. Probably an element that all of them use or something is backed up.
Anyhow, I found it on Amazon in-stock so whoo-hoo!

Thanks Ian. Where do I find the HD file repair app? I googled it but came up with nothing solid.
Do you have any idea how much Sony charges?
Do you work for them?

I added my own shadow in photoshop and it does it even then. Why does it automatically add white behind anything with transparency? Is there some weird button I’m not pushing in C4d?

Actually I take that back. the transparencies on the logo are fine, it’s only the bottom “shadow” that are still white now. I guess I’ll just chop them in photoshop. weird.

I just fixed it. I turned off my AJA Kona card and it played fine on the desktop. I started tinkering around with playback settings on the card, changed it to 1080p/23.98 (there was no matching frame rate option in 720) and it plays fine now.
