I use Handbrake for all of my movies at home. And am amazed at the quality. I find 4mbps stream to look better from Handbrake than a 10mbps stream from AME. I’ve been considering using Handbrake more at work. But I’ll probably test that out first to see the difference going to ProRes then H264. When with AME, I skip the ProRes step and go straight to H264 from PPro.

Honestly, it looks like it was a jpg that had a magic wand used to cut it out and make the background transparent. There are always imperfections that come out when logos are cutout like that. You can see them if you try to add a stroke after cutting them out. Not sure if that is what’s happening, but that’s what it looks like.
May want to try spinning it in AE and add motion blur.

What sort of file is it? I can’t tell because the filename is like pi to the nth degree long. And you are looking at half resolution. Although it shouldn’t look that bad at half.

Do you see any of that when you look at the matte? I wondering if the key is still off some. What codec and bit rate is your original footage? That’s more important than what you are rendering to. H264 can be more difficult to key than ProRes.
I agree with Jon, I do all my keying in AE with Keylight. Much more control and you have good matte choker options in AE.
Ultra is good if that’s all you have. But I’ve always had less than great keys with it when I have used it. -
What you need for final delivery will usually be what you set up your sequence for. So, say you are delivering for broadcast (which is what I do), you would edit 1080 29.97 and render out that way. In your case, you’re sending out to YT, and you have 60fps footage you’ve done speed effects in a 30fps sequence, I would just render it out 1080 30p. (Actually, I’m assuming 1080 30p is your sequence). You wouldn’t really want to render it out 60 at this point.

With Magic Mouse, you will go through a LOT of batteries. So be prepared for that.

Have you tried trashing your prefs? Uninstall may not, unless you tell it to. Link has directions on trashing the prefs.

Just use iTunes to manage and drag and drop from iTunes to PPro when needed. What I’ve seen for extensions don’t manage files. Like Firstcom music, it just makes it easy to get music from them and brings it right into PPro.

Something you said earlier caught my attention, you said v1 and a1 were selected blue. Is this problem happening between video and audio? Or does it happen between 2 video tracks with matching frame rate? Is your audio recorded in camera at 48k?

I think I know where you’re at now. Try this from Adobe:
Copy and paste track effects
You can copy track effects from one section of a track and paste them into another. When pasted, the track effect keyframes land in the track from which they were copied, at the location of the current-time indicator. Targeting tracks does not affect where the pasted keyframes land.In a Timeline, select one or more track keyframes to copy. To select more than one Shift-click on each keyframe, or drag a marquee around neighboring keyframes.
Select Edit > Copy.
Place the current-time indicator at the location where you want to paste the keyframes.
