Try importing the Project, or if you just need the Sequences, into a new Project. See if that works.

Hmm… holding Shift with the Brush tool is exactly how I do it. Lines in any direction.

Why do you want it to match that higher res file? What is the final destination of your final product? What is your sequence setting? And what is the higher res file size?
I regularly shoot UHD, but edit HD. I edit for broadcast, not to match my largest image size.

Can you post an image of this? Seeing it would go a long way in helping you. Could be a few different things.

I agree. I do use DL between PPro and AE a lot. There are times, however, that it does become quite slow. So when that happens, I just render out the clip from AE and place it ABOVE my linked AE comp in PPro. Just so I can easily Right-click,Edit Original, and be back in AE and make changes – then render, repeat. ☺

Not sure, may be a bezier thing. Try right clicking your keyframes and select linear in the drop down.

Lasso them all and hit delete. Or you can right-click and select delete to delete one at a time. Hit the little arrow in your effects window to arrow to each one and click on the color circle between the arrows. Click the stopwatch next to the effect in the Effects Panel to get rid of them all for that effect. Lots of choices.

One thing I see you didn’t try. Import your sequence into a new Project. Then try your export again.
