Thank you very much. Yes this was the problem. There was 1 px outline around the image that was impossible to see because it was the same color as the background.

Hello,

Was wondering if you ever found a resolution to this issue as the same thing has happened to me. I installed the plugin fine on my laptop, but my desktop PC, which has the same specs as yours, does not show the RED plugin in the initial Preset folder. Thus, no way to bring RED files into the program. Thank.
