I’m assuming in your edit to tape window you don’t have the add black box checked to extend for one frame? Try making a self contained movie and outputting.

Rendering is the key to getting rid of the jump. Try throwing something simple like a garbage matte on the title and then rendering it. Putting your text at an even coordinate sometimes helps as well. If all else fails try removing your dissolves and manually adjusting the opacity with key frames.

Livetype is alright but if you really want nice titles use Motion. From my experience most Livetype content and use is found or can be completed in Motion better.
BTW on a composite monitor red is always going to give you problems. Desaturating is the way to go. You could have also made the title much bigger and put a slight blur on it then scaled it down.
