    Hi,
Thanks for the answer but I can’t find any lin to log lut in the list. There are a dozen of lut with strange names like asylum, tvtographics but none that seems to be lin to log. Do I have to find it elswhere ?

    Thanks

  • Hi Michael,

When I put the quadro in the mac, I don’t have any problem.
It’s when I put the quadro in the expander that the issue appears…

I have 3 quadro 4000 so I hav to put the 3 in the cyclon. My system is 10.6.6.

Idon’t know if it’s recommended by davinci to upgrade ?

    Thank you Dwaine,

I know at least I’m not crazy.

My concern is that the fact expander cannot enumerate PCI data with quadro 4000 is the sign that 4000+expander may be cause of more problems (like mine with red rocket and usb dongle)

Now that I have removed 4000 and put GTX 285 instead, I have no more problems…

Stange…Maybe Lion OS will solve this

  • Yes of course, they are mac version. And by the way, when I put them in the mac pro, it works perfect.

It works also with FX4800 in the expander. The only card that seems to have a problem with my expander is the 4000.
For the record, I tried 2 different expander and 2 different mac pro.

    I getting crazy…

  • Well, in fact, it didn’t change anything. When I put a quadro 4000 it doesn’t show the pci details anymore…

The last thing I could check is that I use a SSD drive for system but I doubt it creates such a problem…

  • very interesting indeed.

I followed Davinci recommendation and put the Pci expander in slot 2 but I guess that should solve my problem !

I’ll try asap and let you know

    Thanks
