Yes I use it sometimes. It’s good as long you don’t make it to strong (as is the case with most/all effects). But read the manual carefully before using it.

For as far as I know, Cinescore is not being sold anymore.
About the New Blue transitions, they are not my favorite. But thats just my personal opinion. And about the Soundforge, the version included in the pro pack of Movie Studio is the studio version, not the pro version.
And sound-effects can be downloaded from the Sony website anyhow:

Scrollig credits can be made easily with the normal generated media

Why not including the windows media player into your (HTML) webpage. Otherwise, I think that you indeed need to use the media generator to add subtitling to your video in Vegas

If it works the same as in RED/Graffitti, then is is very simpel:
-create your text (either 2D or extruded text will work)
-Select the text-track
-Select in the menu bar: TRACK-CONVERT TO CONTAINER.Now all characters in your text will be placed on their own track and you can manipulate them individually
