But still I’m wondering why e.g Pixelans Spicemaster or CE have no problem to function within Vegas although those effects are also keyframeble over time. So apparently, a workaround possible.

In Windows Explorer you can make a new folder in your emitter folder and copy all the selected emitters to this new folder. This allows you to open these selected emitters very fast using the quick load option.

You can save your Vegas project as EDL and try to open this EDL in FCP.
