I use CS3, so I can’t say if there might be a more elegant way to do this in version 5.

But… I would use the “print booklet” command found in the file menu. Then instead of printing to an actual printer, I would print to the Adobe pdf printer or to postscript.

Maybe try outlining the fonts prior to making the pdf. (Be sure to NOT save the Indy file, as the text is now not editable!)

Uhg. I have no pretty solutions to offer.
The only thing that I can think to do is copy the “X” value from the new guide position. Then click on each image and paste the new “X” value. (be sure to have the correct reference point selected)

Yup, those would be Acrobat Pro settings.
Check out the document properties (CMD-D) of the pdf while open in Acrobat. There you can set security settings including a password to open the document, printing restrictions, etc…. However, it won’t keep a dishonest person from giving away password information when they disseminate the pdf. So its up to you how much you want to inconvenience your customers for the sake of “security”.

I don’t have any first hand experience with this, but I could guess it might be a setting when you export your pdf? Make sure in the dialog box to click the check boxes for “bookmarks”, “hyperlinks”, etc….

Also, if you nest the sequence into another sequence, then you can apply a speed adjustment to the entire sequence.

Don’t know about the scale/size, but I would assume that it wouldn’t matter. (I’ve seen some on billboards before). As far as format, B&W 1-bit tiff would be best. Don’t scale it out of resolution though, make sure you maintain 600dpi for a 1-bit image.

That’s a bummer. I’ve never used the number keys in conjunction with the cmd key. I tried to manually map it with the Keyboard Shortcuts, but it wouldn’t let me. Don’t understand that one.

I guess it could be a ligature funk for that font. Goto the options drop down in the character palette and turn off ligatures and see if that fixes it.
