Thanks for responding. You inspired me to dig further. I figured it out.

start about 1:20.

You make the folder with the sequenced photos and put them in a folder. Then when you go to import the folder there is a box to check if the photos are a image sequence. You have to select the photos for the box to work.

For you viewers, I found out there are no preset shortcuts.

But my work around is with yKey (formally iKey). Just create a short cut that hits command 7, pause, command 7, pause, & then spacebar. Put it all under one key command — possibly “command spacebar”.

I have been doing x value behavior, Y value, X rotation, Y rotation, size, & shear

I can get add or subtract working but not Add& Subtract. I have tried moving the initial value up to give it room to move down….

This might be expecting too much from Motion 5 — however —–

I brought in a JPG; set the properties position x=0 and Y=0.
I set the anchor point to 0;0.
In behavior I set a parameter for the x value and set it for Apply Mode “Add & Subtract”
It added +36 and then went to -15. So we have unequal movement left and right.
Is there a button to make it even – such as move +20 to the right and -20 to the left?

There are no behaviors in the layers list. I go to properties of the picture and add a audio parameter there. Then the Behaviors window automatically opens up and I make my adjustments there.

If I add a move behavior to the project the other way, I don’t know how to make it controlled by audio. It’s all key frames then.
