You don’t say what Vegas program you are using but either way the answer is – yes. If Vegas Pro it should be save d as a .veg file. If a Studio version it woulod save as a .vf file. If you have not changed the default folder they should be saved in there. However if you did not change the name of each file as you saved them each time you saved it would overwrite the previous file. Where does the program say that it will save the project?

Try to save the current project and see where it is trying to save it. Then look there for your previous project. Alternate: do a search for the name of your previous projec

I believe that if you have he trimmer preview window enabled that the time line preview window is disabled. Don’t know why.

It sounds like you have a small snippet of something at 6 minutes.
Try clicking on the control under the time line that has an arrow pointing right to a vertical line. That should take you to what Vegas thinks is the end of the time line. If it goes past where you think it should then zoom in on the time line at that point and see what is there. Could be just a marker etc.

Change the compositing mode to 3D source alpha in the track header. You can then rotate the event on the Y axis which will give you the desired effect.

You might try right clicking the first text event and chose copy, then rightclick the second text event and choose paste event properties. Not sure if that will do what you want.

Did you set your Vegas program to do 5.1? Just cause it is AC3 doesn’t mean it is 5.1!

The .veg file is just for use in Vegas. It tells Vegas how to put together your project.
To export you need to “render as”.
If you are going to DVDA to make a DVD you should “render as Main Concept MPEYG2 DVDAcompliant video stream (video only() and a second rendering as AC3 audio. Save both of these files in the same folder and with the same name (xxxx.mpg and xxx.ac3). Then when you drag or import the .mpg file into DVDA the audio will follow automatically. The reason for rendering to MPEG2 in Vegas is for more control.
