Have sent you the .veg. It was made with V6 and I used stock generated media for the events. If this is what you are looking for you can study the .veg to see how it was done or you can put it on your time line and replace the generated media with your media, adjust the durations, etc. Good luck. Any questions, I’ll try to answer them.

Post your email address in an answer to this post and I will send you a .veg file that shows you how to do what you want. Its easier than trying to explain it.

I’m not sure about this, and I’m not at my editing machine to test it out, but you probably made the PiP with track motion so you have reduced the frame size and it is only flying around the reduced frame size. You might have to make it a child of a parent track (perhaps an empty track even) to get it to move around the entire full size frame? This is just a wild guess, wish I had Vegas installed at my office computer – but then I wouldn’t get anything done:>)

You might try Edward Troxesl newsletters. I believe he has an explanantion in them. You may have to search a little.

Have used EndItAll for a long time. Works great for what you want.

Most of these can be done using 3D track motion and some with cookie cutter masks. Never tried it but probably manually doneI think that was nicely done. Could maybe be done by transitioning fly outs of PIPs created with track motion. Would be fun to try.

  • First – has anyone checked out that this is a legitimate site. In other words is it costing you or the athlete any money to have it posted?? Do ylou know that coaches actually view this site or is it just PR from the site?

Assuming the site is on the up and up – does your player play offense or defense. By just using the plays he is in you can usually cut down the size considerably.

Sounds strange asking for a MPEG2 file (as that is basically a DVD delivery format rather than a web delivery)

I believe the math using jeditdvs figures comes out about right. Or at leastnot greatly out of norm.

You might also want to try the noise reduction in Audacity – and its free. Just Google audacity.

    Just as George says-
Everyone seems to forget the simplest way to copy – from machine to machine.
