If you have in/out points set in the sequence then you’re doing a four point edit.

You need to get the specification from whoever is responsible for said screen.

As far as I know that specific format/codec is for in-camera recording only. You can read it but you can’t export in the same format.

So are you talking about an actual virtual reality scene that you walk around in? That is not possible to do in After Effects and you’d to create a scene in Unreal Engine or Unity or some other game engine that would support VR.
If you’re talking about a 360 video you could use Blender or similar software to create a scene and render it out as an equirectangular image. You would still need 360 video tools in AE like Mettle Skybox to work in 360.

Bit rate value isn’t comparable to chroma subsampling. Although you’d want the bitrate to match the needs (resolution, frame rate, possible limitations of the playback system) of the exported file.

That depends on what colors you use.

It will go through all the different options (frames/film feet/etc) so keep clicking until you get to what you want.

I think the latest version had that option in the preferences.
