thanks I did that but I dont get seconds anymore.
I get 0025 – 0050
and if I switch I get 1:00f 2:00f
it no longer shows 1sec.

It will go through all the different options (frames/film feet/etc) so keep clicking until you get to what you want.

it just cycles back and forth between the 2.

Its a bug with after effecs 2017 cc – I called adobe.
