The Quicktime Player might use the same scaling tricks it uses for the OS and some other apps to render them out in a bigger size so you don’t need a magnifying glass to read the screen. You could get a full HD monitor and preview your comp with more accuracy with that while working in a larger zoom factor.

Set up your spinning things as 3D layers probably parented to a 3D null that will spin them around. Add a camera with depth of field enabled and have the frontmost item be in focus.

You will need to ask for delivery specifications for that. MPEG2 IMX seems to be one SD format that broadcasters use a bunch and can be exported from Premiere. You can’t export Prores files on Windows from Premiere.

No. Companies are now making their own encoders/decoders because Apple gave up on Windows support.

The input gamma should be the gamma that your file is graded in eg. if your color pipeline is gamma 2.2 then use 2.2.

What’s your project bit depth? If it’s 8 bit you’ll probably need to turn it up.

You will the specs for the system that is playing back the projection. I’d guess it will be in smaller pieces.

It’s called an exploded view. This has to be done with the original model in a 3D application or if I remember correctly the Element 3D plugin from Video Copilot could do something similar.

You need to bring those into Encore or some other DVD authoring software to make a DVD. I’m not sure if you can export transport streams from Premiere.

You can import Prores so you can shoot with a camera that records Prores and bring those files in and work with that. You can’t export your work out to Prores and you’ll need to use something else.
