Export Video_TS/Audio_TS from Premiere
I need to create an .ISO. When I used the MPEG-2 DVD setting from Premiere I got a .m2v and a .wav file. Can I turn those into TS or export TS straight from Premiere? Looks like I need the TS files to create an ISO.

You need to bring those into Encore or some other DVD authoring software to make a DVD. I’m not sure if you can export transport streams from Premiere.

I don’t have Encore with my Premiere Pro and can’t find it. Any suggestions on authoring software?

You need to install Premiere CS6 (included with Cloud subscription) in order to get Encore. From Encore you can create the ISO file.
