my clips are relatively short…for example a :10 clip is being exported as 250Mb file…that’s sounds strange….should it matter taht i’m working at 8-bit?

and i hvae no effects on the video, it’s just straight, raw video…

i’m just trying to learn about how to set up a project…a simple project in fact….just to really learn…

i want a ball crashing into boxes….i saw a tutorial from maxon on how to do this, but it seemed pretty outdated…

all i’m looking for is a tut with basics on how to set up a project..

For some reason i can’t even paint on an object … very weird things happening, makes me believe i hit some button to prevent me from doing something….

for example when i go to paint on an object, it will show me the brush size, then as i press down, it just turns into a marquee (thus, not painting)…

try control + clicking on the keyframe and you’ll get the easy ease, ease in and ease out options..

i’ve used AC3 and the raw aif files….peaks are between -12 and -20

most of the stuff was recoreded at a studio by professionals (which i’m not) and i haven’t messed with those levels at all….

thx for your response…i thought that when working with 1.2, you should convert everything (footage, artwork, etc) to 1.2?

i’m lost now….
