Go to preferences and select the video tab then
go to thumbnails to show in video events and select all.Steve Rhoden

It would Seems you have the loop region selected over that part
of the timeline….dont select any part…and when rendering,
make sure render loop region only is not selected.Steve Rhoden

Seems then that something about the footage you have
on the timeline to be the culprit.
If you can, try uninstall, cleanup and then reinstall
