    This is usually done In Vegas but you can drop both files on the DVDA screen and make sure the End Action of clip #1 points to clip #2.
    Be advised that there may be a brief gap during the change.

    Best you do that in Vegas first.

    hi there when i join the files together in vegas and render the file ends up to big for the disc!!! thanks for the help.

    What’s the total length of the combined files?

    hi mike the files combined are 7.5g and the most i can burn onto a dvd is 4.7g, is there anything i can adjust while trying to keep a decent level of quality.

    7.5g is a lot of material to try and compress down to a single disc so, in my opinion, you only have two choices.
    #1 is to burn to a dual layer DVD and #2 is to burn to 2 separate DVDs.
