Is it Magic bullet looks?
If you dont have all the required graphic requirements for
magic bullet looks on your computers, that might be the
the problem.
You can also remove the magic bullet effect and see if

Use a Audio noise reduction plugin, Such as sony’s
own noise reduction plugin.The best however is “Izotope RX”

Use vegas internal capture feature to capture from your HD
camcorder…it wont work using the “sony video capture” utility.You can also look at a free program called “HDV Split”
