Well then, put your mind at ease…Your system
is quite capable. And the graphics card doesn’t really
matter when using Vegas,but still encouraged to have,
because at some point down the road you probably gonna
use a software or a plugin that requires a good graphics card
for requirement or for better performance.
Example, Earlier versions of Magic bullet looks

Why not just render out the problematic veg file
and then embed it in the new project.
If there is transparency in there that you want to
preserve, simply render out in the Quicktime png format.Steve Rhoden

Also John, Windows Vista made me nauseous, what a mess
that was….Though Windows 7 isn’t perfect, i breathe a sigh of
relief when it came.Anyway, Now back to this Final Cut X Forum…….

For Quicktime HD, I normally render out using the PhotoJPEG

Wow…All that does’nt sounds right. Something else is happening
there apart from Vegas being the cause, Could be some file or
