No. it isn’t fixed in Vegas 13. Still does not display most of the
fonts installed properly.
I rely entirely on the Legacy text generator presently, because that

Your issue is with the mp4 format captured using that Nvidia Shadowplay.
Try capturing it in another format apart from mp4 if it can.Steve Rhoden (Cow Leader)
