Why not try to uninstall the last Windows update or do a system restore right before that update was installed.

My thoughts? Wondering if its something going bad with your mouse or your computers display driver….. Not sure….. In the meantime just use the Pan/Crop feature to move it around as Dimitrios also suggested.

Well, i gave you some suggestions in your previous post….. But if you cant go with upgrading Vegas Pro anytime soon i can only recommend you uninstall your current Vegas 13 along with everything pertaining to it, restart your system, and then do a fresh re-installation of it.

The best option i would recommend is upgrading Vegas Pro also. Since you already upgraded Windows, that should be your next logical step for an efficient workflow….. But make sure you remove/uninstall everything Vegas before you do the new upgraded install.

It locked up because Vegas 13 is a bit too old to work efficiently in Windows 10.

Where are those avi video files coming from? You need to be a bit more specific.

Just simply use the Pan/crop feature to easily reposition your text easily.
