Sorry, the ability to zoom into the preview window is not yet possible in Vegas Pro.

From all you have written, the problem does not lies with Vegas, its with your system audio settings.

You don’t need Windows 10 for Vegas Pro 17 to work!

Never seen that issue before on my end…. But try uninstalling Twixtor, remove any left over folder of it in the ofx plugins folder or in Program files….. Then re-install Twixtor and restart your system.
