In addition to what Tom said. You can access all of the templates in FCP at the default start up screen when you open Motion and then change away.

First off, if you haven’t you need to log and transfer those files. Shane Ross has a tutorial on it if you have not done it.
At that point you can place the clips in a 30fps time line and edit away or edit in a 24fps timeline and then convert it to 30fps in Compressor. Hope this helps and best of luck.

Which version of FCP are you on? You can mix frame rates and sizes in one timeline. I do it all the time.

You are in luck. Creative COW offers a free website where you can list your service. Check out this site and add your company to the list. Then when someone searches your area your info will pop up. Motion comes with some great pre-built ones. Open up Motion, go the the Library tab. Click on Content, Drawings and then you have 33 customizable Ornaments. They draw on and everything. Select the one you like and drag it over to your canvas. Save the Motion project file and then return to FCP. Bring the Motion Project in like it is a video clip and bam. You just need to render.

In FCP, go to Sequence, Settings. Then click on the Render Control tab. Set the Quality tab to Best or check the Always Use Best Quality When Rendering Movies. Setting Best in Motion will not make it Best in FCP. Hope this helps and best of luck.
