What software are you using? Also, in addition to what Mark said….It cost a lot more to do this in post then to just do it when shooting.

Since the Shatter won’t work for you with an image of that size I would dissect the 5000 x 3000 image into pieces. Keep in mind since it is a pan you won’t see that whole image a one given time. If it is three images in a row that can handle the shatter each then you can give that a try.

Is the image just a glass dome or is it also the city? Why does it have to be 5000 x 3000 ?

Are you using an expression? For 0 to 150 I find it is easiest to just:
Add a new solid. Go to Effects, Text & Numbers. Change Decimal Place to 0. Keyframe your value in which is 0 and then 150 and you are done. Best of luck.

If you’re talking about the Adobe products then you need to make that more clear.
Adobe lets you transfer Serial numbers for CS6 and below but it takes MONTHS and it is a pain in the butt.

I thought DaVinci didn’t support RAW Sony EX cam or P2 footage? Did you convert them to some other codec? This is why I have found it is easier to edit the RAW footage and then export out a clip of the full edited piece and then do the auto scene detection. DaVinci does an amazing job.
To change a clips aspect ratio you can Right click on the clip in the EDIT window. Choose Clip Attributes in the drop down menu and change the Pixel Aspect Ratio. You’ll probably want DVCPRO HD. However I have had trouble with P2 footage shot at 1888 x 1062 which is why I prefer to just export out my completed video and do the scene detection. Hope this helps and best of luck.

You have to keep in mind that the example you posted is a 3D animation. Because of that they can easily work in layers and have much more flexibility then you will.
