Go to Sequence, Settings, and change the Aspect Ratio to Custom. YOu can make any Frame Size you want. Be prepared to do lots of rendering. Hope this helps and best of luck.

To get that slow I recommend you bring your clip into Motion and use Optical Flow. FCP will most likely not look perfectly smooth. If you use AE then check out the Twixtor plug-in. But you will be amazed at how amazing Optical Flow is.

In FCP I just add a Slug or Matte, Color which defaults to gray so you will need to change it to black. Or you can just put white text in FCP and the back ground defaults to black.

You have to hit return to create a new line. I have not tested this but in Motion, if you type the text in the Text program that comes on the Mac it will keep every time you hit the return key or where the next line begins. If you past it from word it becomes one long line of text. Is this what you are after?

Yes, it depends on how fast and bumpy the train is moving. I imagine it will be to fast for motion tracking.
