Leave it to me to ask the silly questions, but do you have enough room on the target drive *and* on the “temp” folder (usually the boot drive) to hold the output?

The AACS licensing specifically applies to replicaed discs. Not duplicated ones. But, you can’t use the blu-ray logo without paying a license fee.

This is a limitation of the DVD spec.
“Apparently Architect only sees all 40 instances as 1 file??”
This is a feature – not a bug. It allows the user versatility in the playback by having a different in-out points. It wouldn’t take very long to fill the DVD with duplicate media.
Because of the limitations of the DVD spec, your solution is probably the best one.

Use Levelator from Gigabox Media. It’s free and it’s purpose is to equalize voice levels for podcasts, but it works with just about any audio source – as long as it starts with a WAV file.

I did dozens of videos using the standard Credit Roll in Vegas, but for $30 the VideoTagger program is well worth the expense. I do a lot of stage performance recordings and when I ask the contact person for a cast and crew list in Microsoft Excel, they do half of my work for me.
I really like the ability of adding jpeg images to scroll alone with the credits.

I use Videotagger from Electric Happiness. It’s $30, but it makes the best simple credits roll I’ve ever made. You build your credits in an Excel XLS file, then generate an AVI file with your credits. Just drag that to your Vegas timeline and you’re done. You can also put jpg images into the roll.

I have a AMD Radeon HD 6870 based card with something like 200 processing streams, and an NVidia GeForce 210 card
I worry when I see mixed graphics cards in one system. This forces Windows to install two different video drivers – and there’s no guarantee that they are compatible.
I am curious, how long have you had this configuration?
